IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Pro-Shop and Front Desk Hours: M-Th 4:30-7:30
  Outside of those hours you can check our website for info, pay bill online, or text 918-227-2421 and someone will get back with you in 48 hours.
  

• WAITING ROOMS - if you are waiting for your child while they are in class, please make sure that you are in one of the designated waiting areas. Those spaces are: The Landing at the top of the stairs in the studio or The Pro-Shop & Locker Room in the gym. If you are staying for an extended amount of time, please don’t bring guests with you. Thank you!

• Please DO NOT watch classes from inside the Gym or in the Ballroom. We have plenty of waiting room space and we need to keep “classroom space” free of traffic and distractions.
  

• BIRTHDAY PARTIES are always a hit at Ovations! If you are looking for a fun indoor event space, stop by the Pro Shop and ask Alice for more information or text us at (918) 227-2421.
  

• MAKEUP CLASSES- If your child needs to miss a class due to the studio being closed or even if they are ill you can talk to the ProShop about which class would be an appropriate substitute. Often we offer the same class multiple times a week and they are welcome to take that class on the week they miss.
